Join your peers for dinner at a local restaurant Monday, August 18. Attendance is limited. Select from a variety of restaurants. Cost of dinner is on your own.

Sign up online when you register for conference or by 4:30 pm, Monday, August 18, onsite near registration. 
Meet in the Hilton lobby at 6:20 pm Monday to depart with your group.

WELCOME RECEPTION

Join us Tuesday evening from 6:00-9:30 pm in the Exhibit Hall for a fun evening of light hors d'ouevres, drinks, and music. 

WEBSITE

The conference schedule, session details, exhibitor information, and more can be accessed from the conference website. Handout slides for individual sessions can be accessed from the website, but notes can only be taken directly on the handout slides in the mobile app.

You must be logged in to the website to view session content and connect with sponsors, other attendees, and exhibitors.

POSTER PRESENTATIONS

Posters will be on display throughout the conference during Exhibit Hall hours. All poster authors will be available for discussion and questions during these times:
Tuesday, August 19:
3:45 pm-4:15 pm (Poster Awards presented)
Wednesday, August 20:
7:15 am–7:45 am

Posters are also available for viewing and evaluation in the conference mobile app and on the website. Earn 6 CE for reviewing posters.

Login to the website or mobile app and click on My Experience tab to view the sessions for which vou registered, marked with a blue star.★

You can also favorite other sessions of interest to you for quick reference. Favorited sessions will be marked by a yellow star. ★

Clicking on a yellow star does NOT register you for the session.

EXHIBITS

Meet our new exhibitors and visit your favorite exhibitors from past conferences. Breakfast will be served Tuesday and Wednesday in the exhibit hall. 

The promotion of products in the Exhibit Hall does not constitute the Association's endorsement of those products.

The Mobile App will be available in early August. Check back here closer to the conference for download and access instructions.
