nPEP is a critical intervention for preventing HIV after sexual assault. However, adherence can be challenging, particularly in pediatric populations, due to various factors. This presentation aims to explore the barriers to adherence to nPEP in pediatric patients, identify trends in nPEP prescription, and propose strategies to improve adherence.
