This workshop explores essential resources for primary prevention, emergency preparedness, and disaster management, emphasizing the integration of epidemiological principles to monitor and address health effects on individuals and populations. Learners will evaluate public health emergency scenarios to identify vulnerabilities within specific populations and develop targeted nursing interventions aimed at mitigating health risks. Through this, learners with forensic nursing backgrounds will gain practical skills in disaster response and the application of public health strategies to improve outcomes in crisis situations.
