This workshop is designed to equip facilitators with the essential skills and knowledge to effectively lead clinical skills labs. Participants will learn best practices for creating a supportive learning environment, providing constructive feedback, and guiding learners through hands-on practice. The course covers adult learning principles, communication strategies, and techniques for assessing learner performance, ensuring facilitators are well-prepared to foster both confidence and competence in clinical settings.

Registration is required for this workshop. Members: $275; Non-members $375.
