Yukiko Mino, PhD, RN, PHN, is a Professor at the Ishikawa Prefectural Nursing University in Japan. She is also a visiting researcher of National Institute of Mental Health, National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry,
She received her PhD in Nursing from Tokyo Medical and Dental University in 2005.
Dr. Mino has held a variety of positions in nursing and academia, including: Assistant Professor at Jikei University School of Medicine (1999-2001), Researcher at the National Center of Neurology and Psychiatry (2006-2009), Associate Professor at Tokyo Medical and Dental University (2009-2022).
Dr. Mino's research interests include forensic psychiatric nursing and mental health nursing. She is particularly interested in the treatment of mentally disordered offenders and psychiatric patients with physical disorders.
Dr. Mino is a member of the Japanese Society of Forensic Nursing and the Japan Academy of Nursing Science.
